Homerovi currently offers research and inquiry paths. The property cards are illustrative and are not active listings. The site does not yet have a live MLS/IDX feed, account system or published vendor directory.
Assistance programs
Programs may be grants, repayable loans, forgivable loans or other forms of assistance. Homerovi does not determine eligibility or reserve funding. Confirm terms with the administering agency and a qualified participating lender.
Professionals
Vendor applications do not imply that Homerovi has verified, endorsed or contracted with a provider. Customers should check licenses where applicable, insurance, references, scope and written estimates independently.
Future listing feed
Before any licensed MLS/IDX feed goes live, Homerovi must obtain the required brokerage authorization and implement applicable listing firm attribution, data refresh, copyright, reliability, fair housing and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
