Privacy notice
Homerovi provides Pennsylvania real estate research and a way to send inquiries. This notice explains the information handled by the current website. We will update it before adding accounts, a mailing list, advertising tools, or an MLS listing feed.
What you provide
When you send a buyer, seller, program, property-search, updates-interest or vendor inquiry, we collect the name, email, message and consent you submit, plus optional phone, area or ZIP, budget, timeline, property reference and business details. Please do not send sensitive financial identifiers or banking details. Calculator entries remain in your browser and are not sent to Homerovi.
How we use it
We use inquiries to respond to the request, understand the area and service sought, review vendor applications, and keep a record of the conversation. Expressing interest in updates does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list. Vendor applications are reviewed before any profile appears publicly.
Where it is kept and who can access it
Submitted inquiries are saved in a private area of Homerovi's hosting account and shown in the password-protected owner dashboard. The site owner and hosting provider may have access as needed to operate the site. We do not publish form submissions or sell them. We may share details with a professional only when needed to fulfill your request and after appropriate permission, or when required by law. Hosting may retain standard server and security logs under its own practices.
Cookies and browser storage
The public research pages do not require an account. The private owner dashboard uses a session cookie for login. The current public site does not run a third-party advertising tracker. Some external resources you choose to visit have their own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Inquiries remain in the owner dashboard until the owner removes them or a hosting backup expires. To ask about a submission, request correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you further, use the contact form and identify the email used in the original request. We will verify a request before changing someone else's information.
Changes
We may revise this notice when website features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
