Terms of use
These terms cover the current Homerovi website, including research resources, illustrative property cards, inquiry forms and vendor applications. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to verify important decisions with the responsible professionals and agencies.
Research and assistance
County research, program summaries and calculators are educational. Program terms, funding, location rules, lender participation and eligibility can change. Official program administrators and participating lenders determine whether a buyer qualifies. Calculator results are estimates, not loan offers, appraisals or financial advice.
Property information
The current property cards are illustrative examples, not actual listings or offers. A ZIP search does not yet return live inventory. Homerovi may respond to property requests, but does not promise a match, showing or availability. A live feed, if added later, will have its own required attribution and conditions.
Inquiries and vendors
You must provide information you are authorized to share and must not submit unlawful, misleading or sensitive financial data. Sending an inquiry does not create an agency, brokerage, lending or client relationship. Vendor applications are reviewed at Homerovi's discretion and do not guarantee a listing, endorsement, referral, exclusivity or payment arrangement. Any future terms for vendor placement will be provided before activation.
External resources and site use
Links to agencies and other organizations are for your convenience; those organizations control their own content and services. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, access private submissions, scrape restricted data, or submit spam. Homerovi may remove abusive submissions and update, suspend or change website features.
Accuracy and liability
We aim to keep information useful but cannot guarantee that all external links, program descriptions, illustrative examples or estimates are complete or current. Verify property facts, legal rights, financing and program requirements before acting. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
